Lucky I am

Lucky I am, for I was born in beautiful kingdom          

Where I was brought up in so called Shangri la

Nurtured and educated in Druk Gyelkhab                                          

So serving dedicatedly in GNH Country

Lucky I am, for our country is always peaceful

Purely free of so called wars and crimes

Thank you, beloved God Almighty

For gifting us such a gracious Majesty

Lucky I am, for I got education

Education free and worth learning

Luckier I am, I got pleasure and privilege to

Serve in legendary place, so called Dungkar PS

Dungkar is the fortunate and blessed palace

Where gracious Wangchuck Dynasty originated

As nation celebrates, 60th Birth anniversary of king

I pray for our Majesty’s long life and blessing
