Annual implementation status reading report



Annual implementation status reading report       
I am very pleased to inform your good office that basically the planned reading activities of the school successfully executed in our school. In additional to first implementation report, I am indeed very delighted to submit following report of the planned activities.
Poem Recitation
Firstly after we resume our academic from midterm break, we had poem recitation by children form upper primary. It was done under guidance and corporation from language teachers of the schools, students of the upper primary were oriented throughout the feelings of poets and it was program in great success.
Think aloud exercise
Another exciting program was thinking aloud exercise or meta cognition, where children are taken through thinking process and from there even taken through critical thinking process.it was thinking out of thinking or thinking from thinking.one of the class VI students said, he didn’t know while reading he has to think out of thinking, and now he knew it and he promised he will think and ponder upon every reading. Children were very delighted to have such and interesting program which will enhance reading habits and become critical thinkers.
Story telling
Story telling was also conducted in our school, were children are oriented towards local story by teachers and children told and read story of those experts and great authors. Children said, they got more knowledge of local stories. Children also promised to read local stories and will try to recover and keep the stories of villages and places alive. They are happy that story takes place in different scene and every scene is good and creative for them.
Pictures reading
Pictures reading or pictures walk was conducted for lower primary children. Children are oriented that every pictures can be read, suppose you see picture of beautiful mother, you will have love and care for your mother as they cared and loved and still keep on rendering helping hand always.so similarly they will be more pictures and every pictures will convey some meaning said one of the language teachers from class pp. Children were very thrilled and they said they wanted to hear more picture and reading form teachers in the coming year.

Reading competition
Finally the program of reading ended by having reading competition to celebrate the reading year.it was competed among four houses; children were given practice by language teachers and house master concerned before they really perform the show. It was really success and children eagerly shown their genuine interest for the final program. The winner houses were given prices from school administrations sides.
Beside above activities model reading by parents, teachers and good readers, Sunday reading hours are always carried away in school.
We are feeling mixed at this point of time, were very happy that we could finally complete the reading program at our school. More we are sad that such a noble and grant initiative is completed so soon. However we aspire and desire for next academic session and children were instructed and urged to carry on with reading everywhere anytime for life long.with this we would like to sincerely wish our fourth king “Long life and bless us ever”
